In May 2024, my fiancé and I became the proud owners of a charming sweet shop located in the heart of Penarth, within the Windsor Arcade. Our goal is to bring happiness to our community with a wide range of traditional and contemporary sweets. We’re passionate about creating a welcoming space where everyone can indulge in their favourite treats or discover something new!

Penarth is known for its vibrant community of independent shops, cafés, and restaurants. With beautiful parks and a stunning Victorian pier, it’s a town full of character and charm. At Umpa Lumpa, we embrace this spirit by creating a fun and welcoming space where people of all ages can enjoy a bit of escapism.
